Exhibition by the Ljubljanica River: For a Green and Healthy Future

We are pleased to inform you that, as of today, the National Institute of Chemistry is featured in an open-air exhibition on the Krakovski nasip along the Ljubljanica River, titled: "For a Green and Healthy Future". With this exhibition, we aim to present our key research areas and projects to passers-by, focusing on the development of sustainable technologies and the improvement of health.

Heading from the Šentjakob Bridge toward Trnovo, the exhibition features the planned Centre for Gene and Cell Therapy Technologies (CTGCT) – a research centre dedicated to developing technologies in the field of personalized medicine. Several other research projects focused on patient wellbeing are also presented.

In the opposite direction, from Trnovo toward the Šentjakob Bridge, the exhibition presents the Centre for Development, Demonstration, and Training for Carbon-Free Technologies, which will be based in Kisovec. The National Institute of Chemistry is establishing this centre to promote the development of green transition technologies that will significantly contribute to building our shared sustainable future. Additional research projects and initiatives for a greener tomorrow are also on display.

The exhibition will be on display until 30 May 2025.
